When was the last time you looked at someone and realized that you didn't really know them? That despite all the years and the laughs, they changed, or you changed, or maybe you didn't know them as well as you thought you did in the first place.
This happened to me today and, it was like a neon sign saying, "Welcome back to high school, Bitch!"
Human nature is a funny thing, isn't it? There are so many things that we know are wrong, that we try to prevent or avoid but, we can't, it's the way we're made. It's like a cruel joke, and you never know when you're going to get to the punchline.
